rFactor Cutdetection tools

These are 4 tools to have automatic cutdetection on your server.
The tools are :

1. Mapcreater
-------------
This tool is used to set out what you as an admin find that the
boundaries of the track are.
You run this tool on your own pc and drive around the track in rFactor.
The tool will generate the files in the background.

Installation :
- Put the mapcreater directory somewhere on your system
- Put Plugins\DashSettings.dll in your rFactor\Plugins directory
- Put Plugins\DashSettings.ini in your rFactor root directory.
Put the IP of the pc running the mapcreater in the file (you can
run this tool on a remote pc). Don't use 127.0.0.1 when running
on local host but put the real IP in.

Usage :
- Start the tool (I recommend using run.bat)
- A GUI will show up with 3 buttons.
- Start rFactor
- Drive out of the pits on position yourself to one side of the track.
- Press "Go1".
- Now the tool is recording the position of the car. Drive around the
edge of the track to set out the boundaries of 1 side of the track.
You have to drive just at the edge where you believe it is illegal to drive.
This means you are driving 4 wheels through grass all the time. Using a car like a
Subaru WRC is thus recommended.
When people are racing and they are going further off track than you where driving
they get a penalty.
- When your lap is almost completed press Stop. Don't drive further
than where you started ! Your best bet is to start at the end of straight
line and stop at the beginning of the straight line. The software will
connect the 2 points. If you did however drove to far you can correct
this with the Mapchecker.
- Now do the same thing but drive on the other side of the track and
use "Go2".

When completed you will find 2 files in de data directory.

Note: When you press Go1, Go2 a message appears in the dosbox
every half a second. If this is not the case something is wrong.
Probably the IP.

Note2: A few example files are allready included. See mapchecker/tracks

Note3: The whole systems stands or falls with the quality of these files.
Therefore here or some tips after using this software for 1 year.
- First check the track to see where people can win time by cutting the track
These are normally just 1 or 2 points around the whole track.
- Drive around the track pretty past until you reach a cutting point. At a cutting
point drive very slowly at the part where you find the cut should start.
- After the cutfiles are finished edit them with the mapchecker in the next step. Everywhere
where people can't cut make the track as wide as possible so people don't get penalized
unneeded. If you have a log file with 1000's of hits you'll still have a massive work to do.
Also edit is so that people don't get a penalty when entering the pits.
- Check replays and logfiles before the actual race to fine tune your cutfiles (or even recreate them).
- The first few files will work pretty bad. Once you get the hang of it it works really well.

2. Mapchecker
--------------
With this tool you can view and edit what you created with the mapcreater.

Installation
- Put the jar somewhere on your system

Usage
- Copy your cutfiles into the tracks directory.
- Double click the jar to start the program
- Use F1 to view help

3. Serverdetector
-----------------
This tool runs on your server.
It will read in the files created with the Mapcreater. After each setting
it will upload a logfile to a specified web server.

Installation
----------
- Put the jar somewhere on your server
- Put InternalsPlugin.dll in the rFactor\Plugins folder on your server
- Put RelaySettings.ini in the rFactor folder on your server and put
in the IP of your server (don't use 127.0.0.1 but use the real IP).
- Open config.txt and edit as said in the file.
- Upload the files created with the Mapcreater in step 1 and 2 to the URL you specified
in the config.txt (don't rename the files !, they have to have the name
the Mapcreater gave them).

Usage
------
- Double click the jar to launch the tool
- Each time a new session starts the tool will upload the cuts
happened in the previous session to the webserver you specified
in config.txt

4. Cutviewer
------------
With this tool you can read logfiles created by the serverdetector.
All cuts will be shown in a table. When you click on the table you will
see a graphical presentation of the cut.

This tool is meant for admins so they can check everyones cut and drivers so
they can check their own cuts.

Installation
----------
- Put the cutviewer directory somewhere on your system
- Open up config.txt and specify where the cutfiles from step 1 are located

Usage
------
- Download the logfiles uploaded by the Serverdetector from the webserver
you specifed in the config.txt of the serverdetector. You can also grab
- Put the files in the logfiles directory. Don't rename the files !
- Double click rFCutViewer.jar to launch the tool.
- The times shown in the cutviewer are matched with the times in the
replayfridge so you can check cuts very fast and easy.
