Aggiornamento installazione VRG

Ciao ragazzi, di seguito vi spiego cosa andiamo a modificare:
Partendo dal presupposto che tutti dovreste avere un installazione pulita di rFactor con installato solo il CTDP 2006, procederemo così:

- Scaricate la versione 1.1 full dei CTDP: Parte 1, Parte 2, Parte 3;
- Installate il Mod 1.1 nell'istallazione di rFactor pulita;
- Andate in "GameData/Locations" e cancellate tutte le cartelle lasciando intatti i due file "terrain.tdf" e "commonmaps.mas";
- Scaricate il Track Pack da qui. Contiene tutte e 16 le piste. La password per estrarre i file verrà spedita via pm ai piloti iscritti.
- Installate il Track Pack indicando la cartella principale di rFactor.

posso installare il CTDP 1.1 Full, che ho guà, senza utilizzare la Patch?
Chiaramente prima elimino il CTDP 1.0

Certo, ricordati però che sareppe opportuno rifare un installazione pulita di rFactor prima di installare il CTDP 1.1 Full.

Server EntryLevel up con i nuovi aggiornamenti.

Ho provato ad entrare nel server con la nuova versione del CTDP 1.1 ma ottengo il messaggio riportato nell'immagine allegata.

Ecco cosa ho fatto:
A) Nuova Installazione rFactorLite
B ) Copia del mio profilo da precedente installazione
C) Installazione TrackPack VRG
D) Installazione CTDP V1.1 FULL

Ho anche provato ad aggiornare la precedente installazione che utilizzavo per il campionato VRG ed ho:
A) Rimosso CTDP 1.0
B ) Installazione TrackPack VRG
C) Installazione CTDP V1.1 FULL

ma ottengo sempre lo stesso errore.

Può darsi che il server EntryLevel non sia ancora aggiornato? O devo necessariamente installare prima la CTDP 1.0 e poi L'Upgrade alla 1.1?

E' strano prechè luka e bdt non hanno problemi, se fossi in te farei una nuova installazione non lite ma completa e da li proverei a mettere prima il CTDP 1.0 poi la patch.

Nel dubbio questa mattina ho scaricato la Patch e oggi pomeriggio proverò a reinstallare il CTDP 1.0 e poi la Patch 1.1.

Problema Risolto!


A) Ho Installato rFactor Lite
B ) Installato mio Profilo
C) Copiato Track Pack VRG
D) Installato il CTDP 2006 1.0
E) Installato Upgrade 1.1

Non so bene per quale motivo installando direttamente la FULL 1.1 non vada.
Sospetto che la Versione Full 1.1 in mio Possesso non vada bene, anche se l'ho scaricata da un link di rFactorCentral.
L'altra cosa a cui ho pensato è che ci sia una leggera differenza tra CTDP 1.0 + Upgrade 1.1 e Full 1.1.

Qualcuno di voi ha avuto lo stesso problema?

Per evitare mismatch tra chi ha la patch e chi no vi riporto la procedura di installazione rivista:


- Scaricate la versione 1.1 full dei CTDP: Parte 1, Parte 2, Parte 3;

Si ma sei entrato con la patch prima che io aggiornassi i server con la versione 1.1 full. Se provi ora ti darà mismatch.

3D arms addon for CTDP 2006 1.1 released

Finalmente le braccia "mobili" dei piloti in 3d rilasciate non dovrebbe creare alcun problema di mismatch. Questo è il read me:

Installation:
-------------

Step 1 is mandatory, step 2 is optional.

1.) Run the setup which will install all files that are needed. Choose your rFactor-root-Directory if you get asked.

This wont change anything but you'll find another icon in the CC-Welcome screen what let's you open a small configuration tool where you can select what 3D-Arms you want to use.

2.) Use the configuration tool to choose your 3D-Arms. Launch it via the CC or go to "..\ModData\CTDP\CTDP06\3DArmsAddOn\" and execute the "armsaddon.exe".


Uninstall
---------

1. ) Use the uninstaller of the addon. This will also restore the original CTDP06-configuration. So even if you have 3D-Arms applied the uninstaller will delete them.


Important extra information
---------------------------

- Compatible with CTDP version 1.1.

- This addon will not cause mismatches online.

- Note that if installing option 2, in cockpit view the arms may block your view in some situations.
CTDP cams were not made with this addon in mind or specifically designed to work well in cockpit view.
Possible workarounds are to adjust your cockpit cams and/or increase seat height; Seat height can be adjusted ingame
provided you have a key or button mapped in your controller setup.
You may also reduce the maximum graphical rotation angle of the steering wheel in the controller.ini file located in

UserData\Profil name\your_controller_name.ini

in this file locate the line

Steering Wheel Range="200" // Degrees of rotation of in-game steering wheel

and set it to the desired value. Smaller values decreases the graphical
rotation angle of the steering wheel.

- If you decide to uninstall the entire CTDP mod, it is best to remove this addon first, followed by uninstallation
of the full CTDP mod in the normal way.
At worst, If you don't the CTDP uninstaller may not remove all files and folders.

This addon is not part of the original installation.

The author takes no responsibiliy for any damage incurred to rfactor or CTDP
installations through misuse of this package.
