Rilascio Version 1.11



Dopo il rilascio della versione 1.10 nel mese di giugno, di Polyphony ha rilasciato la versione 1.11 del loro popolare Gran Turismo 5 per la Playstation 3.

Dopo essere stato interrotto dal terremoto e dallo tsunami in Giappone, il tempo di inattività Playstation Network per hacking e l'ampliamento dello studio da Tokyo a Fukuoka, è stato rilasciato il nuovo aggiornamento che introduce solo un gruppo di correzioni di bug minori e modifiche, del peso di 62Mb.

Per aggiornare la propria installazione, è sufficiente avviare Gran Turismo 5 con la PS3 collegata a Internet.

Kazunori Yamauchi ha annunciato su Twitter un importante aggiornamento per il popolare titolo per Playstation 3.

L'aggiornamento è indicato come "2.0", quindi sembrerebbe un'aggiornamento piuttosto imporante visto che con le serie precedenti non si erano mai spinti oltre il 1.13.

La data del rilascio è prevista per la terza settimana di ottobre, ma ulteriori dettagli sul suo contenuto non sono stati ancora rivelati.

Polyphony ha rilasciato la patch gratuita spec2.0.



L'elenco delle novità presneti nella patch 2.0 sono state elencate nel post precedente. L'aggiornamento può essere ottenuto semplicemente avviando GT5 con la vostra Playstation 3 collegato a internet.

Inoltre, Polyphony ha rilasciato i dettagli del primo lotto di contenuti DLC che saranno disponibili a partire dal 18 ottobre. I contenuti che saranno disponibili attraverso il Playstation Store sono suddivisi in quattro pacchetti, che aggiungono nuovi tracciati, auto e accessori, come i colori della vernice.

Forse il più importante è il Course Pack che introdurrà un nuovo circuito molto importante come Spa-Francorchamps mai presente nelle versioni precedenti, assieme a un circuito di go-kart nuovo.
In termini di auto, il Racing Car Pack include 15 nuove auto da corsa e kart, la maggior parte di loro sono delle generiche auto da corsa giapponesi di fantasia.

GT5 | Polyphony ha rilasciato la patch gratuita spec 2.06.



Polyphony Digital ha rilasciato un nuovo aggiornamento per il gioco Gran Turismo 5 sulla console Play Station 3.
Il nuovo aggiornamento risolve alcuni piccoli problemi e bug, come elencati di seguito, ma una delle caratteristiche più importanti introdotte con questo aggiornamento è il GT5 Photo Stream service.

Nonostante che con l'aggiornamento non viene fornito nessun nuovo contenuto, le dimensioni sono piuttosto grandi, difatti si parla di un'aggiornamento da quasi 500Mb di dimensioni.

L'aggiornamento è gia disponibile in download e basta avviare il gioco GT5 e necessita che la console PS3 si collegata ad una linea adsl.

Updates and New Features

* It is now possible to adjust the race BGM and sound effect volume from “Quick Options” during a race.
* A save data backup feature has been added.
* Compatibility for the sequential shift mode of the Guillemot “TH8 RS” gear shifter has been added.
* A “Performance Difference Adjustment” has been added to the rewards for seasonal events (Applies only to seasonal events held after this update).
* Force feedback for the “Driving Force GT”, “GT FORCE Pro”, “G25 Racing Wheel”, ” G27 Racing Wheel”, and ” T500 RS” steering wheel controllers have been improved.
* A car with racing modifications applied are now categorized as a Racing Car (previously Tuned Car).
* The off-track shortcut penalty has been tweaked.
* The GT5 Photo Stream service has just been launched for all players worldwide. To view the latest images taken and shared in the game are now available here.

Bug Fixes

* Fixed a problem where Karts and Ferrari F1 cars could drive together with other cars in the Lounge
* Fixed a rarely occurring issue in which the system freezes when exiting the lounge
* Fixed a problem where you could purchase tires for the 125 SPL racing Kart in the tuning parts shop (Tires purchased previously will now become invalid)
* Fixed a problem in which the straight-line stability of the Lancer Evolution X was decreased when using a steering wheel controller
* Fixed an issue where wrong color dirt and snow tire wheels were displayed on some cars when the wheels were changed
* Fixed delay when launching electric cars using controllers other than a steering wheel controller pedal
* Fixed a rarely occurring issue where the system would freeze at the end of a race
* Fixed an issue where it becomes difficult to hear your own car when driving with other race cars in online races, etc.
