A questo punto quello che mi interessa sapere è: cosa manca alla Beta per diventare versione 1.0? Ho una fiducia enorme nei modders quindi per auto/piste supplementari non mi preoccupo più di tanto, partiranno subito le conversioni selvagge da rF1 e ne abbiamo di gente capace, anche qui in VRG

We have laptime reporting and the basic spotter in rF2, but intend to add more verbal feedback after the initial beta and possibly as later updates. I'd appreciate some suggestions.

Think out the process of racing... Watch the races this weekend/next weekend and listen to the team radios... Think about changes such as weather... Does the crew need to tell you it's starting to rain? Do you need to be told the red or blue light is on at the end of the pit lane?

If you give a suggestion, try to suggest triggers, too. That way we can fully understand the need or the commands we need to look at. For example 'car high' would need to be triggered when a car is to the right of you on an oval. But would it need to be triggered slightly before that car is alongside? Or should we be saying 'looking high' instead?

Vogliono dei suggerimenti su cosa inserire nell'attuale spotter di rF2.

Individual races can have individual settings and you could simulate things that way by adapting start times and weather settings for the sessions. You can either have it totally random, random within minimal parameters like 'wet random, dry random' etc, or you can program what conditions you would want it to change throughout the session - or set just some. You will see clouds rolling in on the horizon or blue sky starting to peak through and this matches with the change in conditions you will eventually experience on the race track. Lighting and stuff changes quite a bit not only because of time of day, but because of you being in the cloud cover, etc, too. Track temp is planned to be tied to the shadowing also, so cloud cover will reduce track temp and therefore raise the speed you can take a particular turn at. As in real life.

Nella open beta le piste storiche saranno due. La terza è stata annunciata (senza dire che pista è), ma verrà rilasciata successivamente.

Si, se come penso le mod ISI nella beta pubblica saranno tre, rappresenteranno tre tipologie diverse di vetture.

Le monoposto storiche, che ci saranno sicuramente come detto da Tim giorni fa, avranno F1, F2 e F3 per cui, sia pure con un parco macchine limitato (due marchi per ogni categoria) consentiranno una certa varietà, penso a mini campionati (magari aggiungendo le piste moderne delle altre serie) o a svariati eventi singoli (almeno 2 x 3).

Poi ci sarà quasi sicuramente una vettura moderna a ruote coperte, che corre un campionato monomarca nella vita vera ... non so bene se definirla GT, TC o silhouette.
Le sue prestazioni non sono dissimili da una GT3 cmq.

Poi è probabile che ci sarà una monoposto moderna che, anche lei, corre in un vero campionato monomarca.

interessante....potevano anche fare che prendevano i dati meteo via internet (come accade per Flight Simulator) ad es. ogni 10 min. e ti setta il meteo reale (velocità e direzione vento, temperatura, nuvole, visibilità, ecc.) sai che figata sarebbe?....ma anche così va bene....
